Okay, so here's what I found with today's inserts. The Des Moines Register has the Dove and Kellogg's Cereal coupons this week. The Waterloo/Cedar Falls Courier DOES NOT have those particular ones, so if you're wanting those for sure, go out and purchase a Des Moines Register for $2.00! It will be well worth your money.
Both newspapers have a large Proctor & Gamble insert with a lot of good coupons to use.
